TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By accessing and using AXYN LIMITED's web hosting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
  2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION AXYN LIMITED provides web hosting services including cPanel hosting, domain registration, and related services. All services are subject to availability and our acceptable use policy.
  3. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  4. PAYMENT TERMS All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
  5. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: spamming, hosting malicious content, illegal file sharing, and excessive resource usage.
  6. UPTIME GUARANTEE We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, scheduled maintenance and unforeseen circumstances may cause temporary service interruptions.
  7. DATA BACKUP While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your data. AXYN LIMITED is not liable for any data loss.
  8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AXYN LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
  9. TERMINATION Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. AXYN LIMITED reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for breach of these terms.
  10. MODIFICATIONS We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
  11. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
