Keep your contact details up to date for important notifications.

What You Can Update

  • Name and company information
  • Email address (primary contact)
  • Phone number
  • Billing address
  • Password and security settings

Updating Your Details

  1. Log in to portal.axyn.co.uk
  2. Click your account name (top right)
  3. Select "Edit Profile"
  4. Update the fields you need to change
  5. Click "Save Changes"

Important Notes

Email Address Changes:

  • Verification email sent to new address
  • Must confirm before change takes effect
  • All future notifications go to new email

Password Changes:

  • Requires current password
  • Must be at least 8 characters
  • Use combination of letters, numbers and symbols
  • You'll be logged out and must log back in

Address Changes:

  • Used for billing and invoices
  • Update before renewals for correct tax rates
  • Required for domain registration

Email Notifications

Control which emails you receive:

  • Service renewals and expirations
  • Invoice and payment confirmations
  • Support ticket updates
  • Promotional offers (opt-in)

Go to Settings → Email Preferences to customize.
