How to pay an invoice

Pay your AXYN Hosting invoices securely online.

Viewing Your Invoices

  1. Log in to portal.axyn.co.uk
  2. Click on your account name (top right)
  3. Select "Invoices"
  4. Unpaid invoices show "Unpaid" status

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • PayPal
  • Account Credit (if you have a balance)

Paying an Invoice

Step-by-Step:

  1. Click on the unpaid invoice
  2. Review invoice details and amount
  3. Click "Pay Now" button
  4. Select payment method
  5. Complete payment securely

For Card Payments:

  • Payments are processed via Stripe
  • Your card details are encrypted
  • 3D Secure authentication may be required
  • Payment confirmation is instant

For PayPal:

  • You'll be redirected to PayPal
  • Log in to your PayPal account
  • Confirm the payment
  • You'll return to AXYN portal

After Payment

  • Invoice status updates to "Paid"
  • Confirmation email is sent
  • Services are activated/renewed
  • Receipt is available for download

Auto-Pay Setup

Enable automatic payments to never miss a renewal:

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Select Payment Methods
  3. Add default payment method
  4. Enable auto-pay for subscriptions

Payment Issues

Payment declined?

  • Verify card details are correct
  • Check with your bank (may be flagged as foreign transaction)
  • Try alternative payment method
  • Contact support if problem persists

Didn't receive confirmation?

  • Check spam/junk folder
  • Log in to portal to verify payment status
  • Contact support with transaction reference
